Subscription Cancelation Policy

To cancel you must send an email to kristysteam@kristyscraftroom.com. Any other attempt of communication will not cancel your subscription. We must receive, by email, your request to cancel by the 15th of the month before your next payment is due. If you cancel after the cutoff date, we already have your box ready for you so you will still be charged for and receive that box and your cancelation will be effective for the following box. (Example: If you request to cancel on June 16th you will still be billed for July and receive a July kit, your cancelation will be processed on July 15th). You can rejoin in the future (as long as there are spaces available) when the subscription membership is open. But remember once the group is sold out, you will have to wait for new spaces to open.

Please keep in mind that if you are at a previous lower price for the group and cancel, if you decide to rejoin in the future, you’ll be rejoining at whatever the current prices at that time.

  • Once you cancel the membership you will be removed from the private Facebook group on the last day of the month that you receive a craft kit.
  • You will continue to have access to the VIP Hub and Shop Discount Code until the last day of the month when you cancel.
  • If you default on your payment you will be canceled and removed from all VIP Group access points immediately.

Craft Night in a Box Cancelation and change Policy

To cancel, email kristysteam@kristyscraftroom.com by the 15th of the month before your next payment due. So by January 15th, April 15th, July 15th or October 15th. If you cancel after the cutoff date, we already have your box ready for you so you will still be charged for and receive that box and your cancelation will be effective for the following box.

We will offer size changes whenever we have availability. You must request a box size by the 15th of the month before your next payment is due. If it’s after the cutoff date for the current box, the size change will be effective for the following box. All size change requests must be submitted by email to kristysteam@kristyscraftroom.com.

Order Issues

If you have any issues with your order such as missing or broken pieces, you have 30 days from the delivery date to notify us. If you do not notify us within 30 day we will do everything we can to try to get you the item, but you will have to purchase the items and pay for shipping. The purchase price will vary and will be based on if we have the item available or if we have to set up the lasers to cut you a new single item.

You can notify us by email at kristysteam@kristyscraftroom.com, please include photos of the damaged piece or if you are missing items, please send a photo of what you did receive so we can be sure to send you the correct pieces.
